Arthur himself states I could not be certain he Steele fired at her a second time what I meant? was he fired in her direction? I will? not swear he fired at her I mean in her direction Page 92 Const. Healy states he was at a tree about 7 or 8 yards from Const. Arthur & heard Mrs Reardon scream & also heard Steeles voice but not what he said I did not hear Arthur say anything If Arthur says he called to Steele if you shoot at that woman Ill shoot you it is false he could not have made
