Transcript: I went in search of the Outlaws. I was a private detective not a constable. In 1865 I was a constable I was discharged having been absent 2 or 3 days without leave - I was not present when the prisoner was apprehended - I hope to get employment in the police again Two or 3 days after this affair I reported all to Constable Ward William Fitzgerald Laborer at Tullagalor Upper Murry Employed 9th December 1879
